“I love helping people to feel better through massage.”

Tracy Runions RMT

Tracy has been a certified massage therapist with her own practice in Winnipeg since 1998. She was drawn to massage therapy after she realized how the power of touch contributed to peoples' overall well-being.

Tracy uses her vast knowledge of the human body and decades of practical experience to assess and treat clients with a variety of ailments and conditions. She knows that educating her clients to understand the body’s structure and how each of the parts is interconnected, will help them prevent future injuries and heal much quicker.

Over her many years of work, Tracy has refined her expertise in a number of modalities including: deep tissue massage, myofascial release, block therapy and Cranio Sacral therapy techniques. Her goal of each session is to relieve pain, reduce stress and improve physical function leading to a better quality of life for all her clients.

In the last two decades she has been drawn to work with people struggling with Cerebral Palsy, ALS and other challenging conditions.  Tracy is often asked by family members to work with their loved ones once they realize how massage encourages healing.

Tracy has dedicated much of her free time volunteering with special needs associations and organizations. Much of her work in the community is inspired by her son, who was diagnosed, at a young age with autism and scoliosis.

“I believe the care we put into the world comes back to us in other ways, and character is judged by how we behave and treat others when no one else is watching.”
